Positive affirmations are a way for you to continuously deposit high octane fuel into your mind. Speaking positive affirmations, like showering and brushing your teeth, needs to be done daily. Can you imagine waking up on the 1st of the month and saying, "well ok, I've taken my shower for the month so I'm done until next month." Your friends would quickly let you know your thinking is flawed. The great thing about this, you have absolute control. You can talk to yourself whenever you feel like it. Below I've given you 10 powerful affirmations which have certainly helped me in my life. I welcome you to incorporate them into your daily habits and encourage you to share any others which have worked for you.
10 Powerful Daily Affirmations:
- I am Incredible!
- I am Unstoppable!
- I can Accomplish Anything!
- I Win, It's What I Do! Period!
- I Succeed!
- I am a Miracle!
- I Give 100%, 100% of the Time!
- A Setback is a Setup for a Comeback!
- You Can Only Hope to Contain Me! (Title of a book by Chuck Herring)
- I Win, It's What I Do! Period! (This one deserved 2 spots in this list!!)
Print this list out, post it on the mirrors in your house, keep a copy in your car, in your wallet, at your desk at work, and wherever else you spend time. Read them at least 3 times a day. Once as soon as you wake up, again around lunch time, and before you go to sleep at night. Of course if you are having a challenging moment read the list then too. Commit them to memory. Watch what starts to happen in your life! Just take a quick moment and get to the closest mirror and with all the posture and swagger you can gather, read aloud, "I Win, It's What I Do! Period!" You feel that? It feels good doesn't it? I know it does! Imagine that feeling all day! Well you can have it! Simply get in the habit of reading these affirmations daily and you will begin to see positive change immediately!

I Love the idea of changing the language we use in order to empower self. I will definitely use "Next time I will," instead of "I should have '. That is so powerful, Eugene. Another great article.
